Situated in the market town of Annan, south of Scotland, Solway Spirits is a small brewery with a big reputation. Producing a wide range of flavoured and classic gins and vodkas, Solway Spirits were ready to launch their premium navy strength gin. Named Ginsignia, this powerful tipple has been crafted with 14 fine botanicals. The care and attention within the bottle required a label to match. 

The team at Solway Spirits asked Lawson Design to create a label which would represent a luxurious smooth product, with classic touches, flourishes and a focus on the magical landscape and mystical power of the historic Solway Firth. The concept designs were created using a deep blue on uncoated stock, with hot foil gold touches. All distilling, bottling and labelling is done by hand, and in small batches, making these a deliciously special treat.
